Finca Aylés is located in the north-east of Spain, in the region of Aragón and remains as the sole Vino de Pago Estate in the region. Cuesta del Herrero Singular Vineyard expresses through the Merlot, Tempranillo, Garnacha and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties the unique characteristics of this plot.  The soils of the vineyards where it comes from have a higher calcium component, are mostly sandy and with some pebbles. This soil composition results in fresher and fruitier wines.  These expressions are rounded off during 6 months in French oak barrels of first or second use, with a cellaring potential of up to 7 years
